Meals for special events like weddings, navroz (new year) are served on a clean green banana leaf, which are organic and degradable. When hot dishes are served on fresh banana leaves the leaves release a sweet flavor which gets infused in the food! This is how our meals will be served, if you prefer a plate instead, just let us know 48 hrs in advance.

 

Full Serving

  • Caramelized Rice, Papad (crispy wafers), Lagan nu Achar (mixed pickle), tomato chutney, Vengna nu Achar (brinjal pickle), Kachumber (salad)

  • Macchi nu Cutlet - Fish cutlet

  • Dhaan Dar – Yellow Lentil dal for all reasons and seasons!

  • Rotli – Whole wheat flat bread

  • Caramelized rice – Rice caramelized with a hint of sugar and a lot of aromatic spices

  • Parsi Lagansara Istoo - A sweet and sour stew made with a medley of root vegetables

  • Patra ni machi – Fish coated with a vibrant green chutney made from fragrant herbs, spices and coconut, and wrapped in a banana leaf.

  • Salli Boti - Quintessential Parsi dish made with slow cooked mutton and served with crunchy fried potato sticks

  • Jardalu Salli Margi - Tender chicken cooked in an apricot gravy and wrapped in fiery masala and topped off with shredded fried potato

  • Mutton pulao – Rice, Meat & Potatoes!

  • Mutton dhansak – Perfect blend of lentils and meat, slow cooked with vegetables and spices.

  • Baingan simla mirchi salan – spicy mix of eggplant and peppers
